Log into your Clinikally account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the item you wish to return, or contact our support team via email with your order ID.
Quality Inspection
Upload clear photos or a short video of the product showing the defect or damage to help our dermatological experts verify the claim.
Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address; please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Refund Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a final check, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method or Clinikally wallet within 5-7 business days.
